罗强,1981年4月生,山东滕州人。2003年毕业于南昌航空工业学院材料成型及控制工程专业,获工学学士学位;2009年和2014年分别毕业于华中科技大学材料加工工程专业,获工学硕士和博士学位。现为湖北省机械工程学会塑性工程专业委员会理事。
